The Financial Advisors Success Track II (FAST II) is a two-day, in-depth study into three very important aspects of converting interested prospects into satisfied clients, being:

1. How to properly conduct a first appointment interview. This step includes asking two important, probing, trial closing questions at the beginning of the first appointment to determine if they are a qualified prospect for you to spend your time with. Then reviewing the prospective client’s statements and financial documents they brought to you, as well as asking four important, probing, trial closing questions at the end of the first appointment to determine if the prospective clients trust you with their documents and are open to making a positive change.

2. Reviewing a prospective client’s statements and financial documents in-depth and putting together a personalized, confidential proposal for you to review with them at the second meeting.

3. Reviewing the proposal with your prospects at a second appointment and fully explaining your recommendations, as well as asking many questions. Ultimately, helping them make positive change in their financial affairs, if it is appropriate and suitable.

As a group, we will role-play many of the important parts of these three steps to success. Advisors must have previously attended our basic Financial Advisors Success Track (FAST) training class to be eligible to attend FAST II.

Note: CRP strongly recommends that every advisor who reviews a client’s statements and financial documents be securities licensed.
