Richard M. Leland is a resident of Spokane and has been practicing law in Washington and Idaho since 1990. Richard achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Washington State University in 1976 then went on to graduate cum laude from Gonzaga Law School in 1989. Richard is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Idaho State Bar and many other legal organizations.
